• Companies must be fully independent, privately held, and be headquartered in the country on whose list they appear

• Companies should not have been formed by splitting up or reconstructing an already existing business

• Period of existence and operations should not be exceeding 20 years from the Date of Incorporation, i.e., should be formed in 2003 or after
